Casual Monday—Think About It

No means, “no.” You know what also means, “no”?  “I’m so drunk.” “Hey, what’s in this drink?” “ZZZzzzzzzz” Any sexual situation where one of the participants is denied the choice of participating is rape.  Period.

If a girl says, “No,” but you think she meant, “Yes,” you go ahead and stop, anyway. Believe me, if she really meant, “yes,” she’ll tell you.

Casual Monday—Words Spoken

One of the difficulties that people who rely on their deductive and inductive abilities face is their tendency to make snap judgments and then voice them. If I could pay a penny to take back everything I’d said when I was convinced I was right, my bank account would be a lot slimmer, and I’d have a lot more friends.

Mind you, it’s not what Scot actually says, here, that is the problem, but that the implication of what he accuses Penny of having done is enormous. We’ll get into that, later.

I’d also like to point out that the three people who like Casual Notice (and aren’t related to me) cite this arc as the one that got them hooked.
